About Us

Chad & Jess Cordes

and Lenora & Louie too! We built this home in 2023 with a dream of having a place to gather with our friends and family close to the beach and close to our home in Grand Rapids. This house is a rental for you but it is also our family cottage. We built this home out of a passion for togetherness and we want to share it with you.
